HDI 2009 Annual Conference & Expo, April 2009

 

SMA hosted booth #334 at the HDI 2009 Annual Conference & Expo, the world's leading and most innovative event for customer service, technical support and help desk professionals.  More than 2000 senior executives, directors, managers and supervisors rely on this conference to get answers to today's most pressing challenges. 

 

SMA demonstrated solutions that are based on best practices and include interactive dashboards and web-based reporting packages, such as ReportingEdge for IT and SMART for popular service desk applications.  We also showcased packages that can provide IT professionals with the right metrics and tools to help them manage their operations.  These solutions utilize technologies such as SAP BusinessObjects and SQL Reporting Services.

force in organizations for service, quality, performance, change and results.  SMA  demonstrated the latest FrontRange Solutions products, including HEAT and ITSM,

5th Annual NYSCIO Conference, June 2006

"Are We Farther Up The Creek Without A Paddle - Where We Have Been And
Where We Are Going?"

 

SMA hosted a booth at the 5th Annual New York State Higher Education CIO Conference at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.  NYSCIO is an IT conference for higher education in New York and the adjoining states.  SMA  demonstrated the latest FrontRange and Centennial products.

 


 

SymEast Annual Conference, March 2006
(Symitar Eastern Regional Users Conference)

 

SMA was in Booth #10 at the JW Mariott at Lenox in Buckhead Atlanta, GA,
March 27 - 29.  We presented the latest FrontRange HEAT and ITSM products, Centennial Software's IT Asset Management solution Centennial Discovery as well as their IT Security solution, DeviceWall.

 

SMA also participated in a special conference session on "Change Control Management," on March 28th.

SMA was was given "Premier Partner" recognition with FrontRange Solutions in
Booth #306 for demonstrations of the award-winning HEAT Product Suite.  Also shown was the .NET and 100% ITIL based solution for IT Service Management ITSM.

 

On March 20th, SMA presented a live customer case study, "Optimizing
IT Service Management for PA State Employees Credit Union" - concluded with
cheers from the audience!

NERCOMP Annual Conference, March 2006

In Worcester, Massachusetts, the annual NERCOMP conference was held,
March 21 –22, 2006, "Innovation and Reliability: Finding the Balance." SMA was
at Booth #216 presenting the latest HEAT Product Suite, Centennial Software's IT
Asset Management solution Centennial Discovery as well as the IT Security solution, DeviceWall.

About NERCOMP:
The North East Regional Computing Program, Inc. (NERCOMP), previously
the New England Regional Computing Program, Inc., has early ties to the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology dating back the 1950s.  
NERCOMP's
mission is to enhance the communication and dissemination of information
related to the use of computers, networks and information technology in
education, academic research and educational administration throughout the northeastern United States. NERCOMP is an affiliate of
