SOLUTION

SMA proposed the HEAT system because of its ease of use and customizability.  Today, this organization supports their gas stations through the HEAT web interface, and their internal technology users through the standard HEAT interface.

HEAT was such a success, that this company has since purchased additional systems for other divisions, including their Energy Marketing Group, and the Human Resources Department.  The HEAT HR application captures employee requests for information about their benefits.
