Today’s a special day in
the world of HEAT.
Normally our HEAT tips
give you a nice inside
trick on how to make
something work the way
you want it to work.
However today, we want
to show you a very nice
feature update, a tip if
you will about HEAT
9.5.1’s InfoCenter.
Once you upgrade to HEAT
9.5.1, you’ll notice
several new features in
the InfoCenter. These
features can be enabled
or disabled by going to
View >> InfoCenter.
Among the list of things
you’ll find, the most
interesting might be
call record browse, our
favorite enhancement.
Over the years, Call
Logging’s tickets have
been mostly navigable by
clicking the green ‘VCR’
buttons to move between
tickets. Things just
got better. Now you can
have the call record
browse window dock or
auto hide on the left,
right, bottom or top of
the ticket form,
allowing you to quickly
search within a call
group, without leaving
your screen.
