How to Change the HEAT Call History Grid

 

Have you ever been asked "Can we add, change or remove the grid order when we click on the Call History button?"  If you used to answer No, now you can answer Yes!  It is best to know what order you would like your fields to be in and be sure to clear any pending Edit Sets before you begin the following steps.

  1. Open the Admin tool and begin a Quick Customize.

  2. Highlight the CallLog table and select the table type the group uses, then click Open Grid.

  3. In the next window you can move fields from the left and right sides.  In the example below we are moving the Priority Field closer to the CallID field.


     

  4. When you have finished arranging your fields Apply the Quick Customize and log into Call Logging.

Now when you go to a customer's Call History you will see your new grid order.
