New in HEAT 9 - Exporting a Call
Group into Excel
HEAT now offers the availability to
easily export ticket data to Excel. Using HEAT 9,
open the Call Group of your choice. Click on
Group >> Call Record Browse. Click
Export and follow the 'Save As' dialog box.
