FrontRange Discovery will label, group and "drag-and-drop"

collected
asset data into organizational units (OU) as
well as create audit schedules. An
administrator will also have the ability to enter

Discovery.Dashboard
is the easy to use, web-based view
of all the data
gathered into the repository and then organized
by the
administrator. Configurable levels of access
security
may be set by the administrator to limit what
asset data the
logged in user may or may not see.

to allowing users, other than
the administrator, access to the
main Control Center.
This type of security allows other
members of the organization to access data, such
as key stakeholders,
asset management teams or IT support staff, who may have
interest in or a need to view this data. Reports and
queries on live asset data from
the web interface are
easy to perform, export to Microsoft Excel and print.
Change management planning tools are built-in to quickly
allow users to determine the estimated costs of upgrades

directly to key requirements of the ISO 19770-1
standard.

allow for scanned or electronically captured documentation
(such as PDF or other file formats) to be directly attached
to
an entitlement record for easy reference.
