in HEAT? Tired of your
forms looking so bland?

and inherit the easy flowing
forms of HEAT 9.5? SMA can
show you how.
This eClass will cover the
concepts and details of
beginning a new HEAT 9.5
database, then mapping your
old HEAT data from previous
version into the new HEAT
9.5 call record tables.
Through this process you
will review some of the new
features of HEAT 9.5 and see
samples of best practice
form design.
The instructor will use SQL
2005 tools to map data from
table to table, field by
field, and show how to
prepare the new database to
begin accepting new call
records.

HEAT 9.5 and show how to
switch between the old
and new version of HEAT.

instructor will have SQL
2005 Studio open to map
data from the old to the
new HEAT database.

prepped so that new call
records will not
interfere with existing
call records.
