Organizations have come to rely on Discovery for in-depth IT asset inventory data to improve the service management process and provide critical visibility across the network!  Understanding Discovery's capabilities and features and discussing best practices in administration are key steps in ensuring that you are fully leveraging your Discovery investment.

This course will take the attendee through the basics of getting to know the system, how to deploy it and more detailed tasks such as managing software license compliance and reporting.  We will also cover some of the tools available to a Discovery administrator that can assist with troubleshooting and increase the return on investment.
