HEAT Messaging Center (HMC), an included and integral module of HEAT, provides the solution to process inbound information from different sources, and then turning them into new or updated records.  

 

This course provides Users with a detailed concept on the mechanism of

HMC. Configuration parts will be addressed, down to the demonstration of inbound information filtering and HEAT ticket processing.  Ultimately, Users will understand how HMC can streamline corporate email monitoring.
