SMA offers training classes for HEAT software and FrontRange (Centennial) Discovery software.  HEAT administrators, HEAT help desk support technicians and Discovery administrators are all welcome to take our courses.  Classes include HEAT Administration Training, Crystal Reports for HEAT and HEAT, Crystal Reports and Discovery eClasses

 

SMA provides training at our New York headquarters, on-site at client locations, and
online through eClasses.  Training is provided by certified instructors and management consultants.

HEAT Software and Service Desk Training
Our HEAT training classes are geared towards end-users and HEAT software administrators.  These classes are generally 1 to 5 days, depending on the categories of instruction and the needs of the attendees.  We also provide training and transfer of knowledge during our HEAT implementation projects.  

 

SMA's training programs help HEAT software users maximize the functionality of their
HEAT systems as well as educate new IT help desk technicians at their service center.
