HEAT Software/Service Desk Training Overview
Our HEAT training courses are geared toward end-users and HEAT Admins.  These trainings are generally one to five days, depending on instruction categories and attendee needs.  **Please note, SMA also provides remote training and knowledge transfer during HEAT implementation projects.  

 

The SMA Training Program allows HEAT Users to maximize HEAT functionality, as well as educate additional HEAT User corporate colleagues.
