Prerequisite

• Basic familiarity with HEAT software.
  (e.g. Participants should take SMA's 2-day HEAT Admin class first, or be familiar with basic HEAT Admin functions including Edit Sets.)

What You Should Bring

• It is recommended that you bring your own laptop computer with a CD/USB drive so that you may take your work and customizations back to your company.  If you do not have a laptop available, special arrangements can be made.  Please contact SMA.
• If you are bringing your own laptop please have .NET 1.1 and 2.0 installed.
• It is also recommended that you bring a mouse to use with your laptop.
